I myself have such a problem. With a slight movement of the knife, he demolished all the hdmi decoders / encoders on the raspberry board)
I thought I decided to give a new life to the raspberry but already as a server. On recent Raspbian systems, ssh is disabled by default. To enable it, you just need to put an empty file called ssh in the boot partition.
