How to enable seller rating for Google AdWord ads?

Good afternoon! Completely confused.
In general, there is a recommendation from Google to connect an extension, such as a seller's rating. Stars in an ad can obviously increase click-through rates, which is what I would like. But I just can't figure out how to do it. There are reviews on Google business, but I don’t understand how to pull them up. There are also reviews in a bunch of different places - I read that there Google partners can pull up estimates in other sources. Who had connection experience - tell us briefly and clearly. In general, does this work for Russian-speaking Google?
