How to enable RSS on Wordpress site?

Wordpress site, I want users to subscribe to new articles by email, there are two options, the first is to manually add a button with an RSS symbol and a hyperlink (I know how to implement a button, I don’t know which link to insert there so that the user enters his email and receives updates) or the second option is to install the popup plugin where there will be a form where the user will enter an email, but again it’s not clear how he will receive updates? You are confusing two completely different technologies. RSS is one thing, you most likely already have it on your site by default, at yourdomain.com/feed/. With the help of RSS, users add your site to their RSS readers, and what email they don't leave you. But subscribing via email to your updates is another service. Newsletter.
