How to enable pre-moderation of published articles in Mediawiki?

Hello.
Installed the MediaWiki engine yesterday. The installation was fairly simple.
I have a question here: I put it on and set the parameter that only those who have registered on the site can create and edit articles.
And then I decided to take a test. I registered the left account on my own site and tried to create a new article and it was created and available to everyone.
Is it possible to make it so that a person, after registration, by writing this or that article about something and sending it for publication, so that the article is not immediately published, but first goes through the inspection of the administration? And now anyone can go through the same lists of cheaply bought Proxy and write all sorts of heresy "Porn online, ass smell" and so on, throw porn and the like.
Is there a working extension? I currently have version 1.22.

For 5 years of the existence of the wiki, no one has specifically broken it.
It is enough to set up antispam.
