The Internet is full of instructions on how to get rid of the chrome notification bell in the tray, but there is no instruction on how to return it.
Actually the question is how to return the chrome notification icon?

Starting with version 47, Google removed this feature from Chrome due to lack of demand and the negative attitude of most users towards it.
