How to enable mod_rewrite in xampp?

The site is written in Yii2. I'm trying to open it in xampp according to the standard, I put the site in the htdocs folder. And I tear it off at localhost/test9.art
But it didn't open, an error occurred. Because there is no index.php in the root folder of the site. There is a redirect. Krch I was told that I need to include mod_rewrite in xampp itself

Look for the mod_rewrite keyword in the config, most likely the line is commented out there
