I did everything as in the official manual https://java.com/ru/download/help/javaconsole.xml + ticked all the boxes for debugging , one state portal uses applets and I need to read the logs and understand why the applet does not start in Mozilla . There is no console in the taskbar. What is it generally called, how to be?
