How to enable Internet on Apple Watch when there is no WiFi, but there is a paired iPhone with 3G?

I believe that theoretically it should be possible to forward the Internet from the phone (3G) via bluetooth to the watch. Is it so?

When there is no WiFi, the watch automatically uses the phone's Internet, you do not need to turn on anything else.
