How to enable download of all pictures in Opera Mail by default?

Hey! As I understand it, we are talking about the stand-alone version of Opera Mail. In order to enable autoloading of nested elements, you need to do the following:
There is a file "operaprefs_default.ini" in the root folder of the program - open it with notepad and add the following code to the [User Prefs] group: Suppress External Embeds=0
The file should look like this (with autoloading nested elements):
Opera Preferences version 2.1
; Do not edit this file while Opera is running
; This file is stored in UTF-8 encoding

Opera Product=3
[User Prefs]
