How to enable display of Laravel system folders/files in Atom editor?

Laravel's vendor folder and *.env file are not visible in Atom. And in one project they are displayed, in the other they are not. In windows, I can find them and run them in atom, but they are not visible in the folder / file tree. Maybe somehow all this is affected by git or just need to click somewhere?

Take a look in the "Tree View" plugin settings.
Uncheck "Hide vcs igored files"
