How to enable bookmark manager in incognito mode?

When you press a key combination or when you turn it on with the mouse, in both cases, the bookmark manager turns on in a regular Google chrome window (not incognito), but I want to work with bookmarks in the incognito window.

Most likely there is no such possibility in chrome. Bookmarks are tied to the user's profile, and profile changes are blocked in incognito.
