How to enable Activix in Delphi web browser?

As far as I understand, Delphi uses the IE engine. Please tell me if it is possible to somehow influence the explorer settings so that it does not swear at the presence of ActiveX elements on the page.
If you do it manually, it turns out like this:
Menu > Tools > Internet Options > Advanced
Checkbox: Allow the active content of files to run on my computer
But how can I fix it programmatically?
There is a video on the page until you display ActivX - nothing is displayed on some computers...
