There is no way Wu Edge can do this yet, since it does not seem to support external plugins.
Such a thing can be done in Chrome / FF, google the desired plugin, install it and now you can write user scripts.

Don't know about Edge, but IE11 probably supports BHO extensions, just like older versions of IE. They are written in any compiled language as COM assemblies, usually C++ or C#, but other languages ​​are also possible. For example, here is a very simple VB.NET example to start with:
