and what is this Canvas in simple words? I have already read what is written on Habré and in general on the Internet, but it did not bring clarity, like this is a canvas in translation, but nothing is clear anyway what is meant.

Canvas is a "landing page" that is shown only from the Facebook mobile feed. A good format to convince a person of something or present a new collection, but it is not a full-fledged replacement for a landing page. The video is inserted into the canvas during the creation process.
