How to embed speech recognition in the program?

Actually, I am writing a program in Python, using the spacy module. I need the program to understand what I am rubbing into it and not just "the text of the token, the initial form, part of speech, is it a stop word", etc., but to understand what needs to be done and perform the necessary function.
For example, if I write: "what time is it" or "show the current time" or something else, the program executed the now_time () function, and if I say "start pycharm", then the start_pycharm () function would be executed if the program did not understand that I rub it or there is no such functionality, then let it just return the first verb from what I wrote (I’ll figure out where to put it). Write code that will do what you want. I don't know of other ways to "force" the program to do what you want. But no, there is one - freelance .
