How to embed jquery ui autocomplete in joomla form?

Hello!
I made a small jquery ui autocomplete script with a php handler from the database as a source. Separately, it works perfectly on the page, but when embedded in a form, joomla refuses to work!
What could be the problem and how to solve it or how to embed jquery ui autocomplete in joomla form?
