How to embed a video from Youtube without showing the player settings panel to the user?

Sometimes on sites I come across videos from Youtube with a slightly different player (without the ability to select the sound volume, expand to full screen, etc.).
Tell me how it's done? Perhaps there are other options for the settings panel?
For example, I post a screenshot of one of the sites (initially, the video looks like a picture, when you move the mouse to the workspace, the youtube logo appears, turns on by clicking).
