How to embed a video from YouTube in Swiper without breaking the slider?

I paste it into a swiper video from YouTube using an iframe. After that, it becomes impossible to scroll through the slides. Clicking on a slide turns the video on/off. Is it possible to overcome this? The debug showed that the slider events didn't fire at all.
