How to efficiently monitor Exchange 2016 logs?

we pass from Exch2010 to 2016, plus mx-records change.
Enabled logging on Receive\Send connectors
What are the means to quickly track the passage of letters?
it is very inconvenient to read the logs in their pure form, maybe there are some auxiliary programs?
