How to effectively and without wasting time grow to employment as a web developer?

Good afternoon!
It's not really a question, more of a request. The story is typical: I have matured to change my profession and want to get a job as a web developer. I am attracted to Python and I taught it (including several courses on machine learning from Yandex), Ruby, but I don’t know it.
The problem is what. All this is going very sluggishly, and I spray myself, grab onto this, that, that, and the result is garbage. I also don’t want to pay for courses and once again start with variable cycles and hello world.
I realized that I needed a kick from the outside, an experienced person who would set tasks, set deadlines, check the quality of their implementation and simply tell me what to focus on first and what is not so important. And who in the end will say: you are ready, blow for interviews.
Here.
If there are people here who are ready to help with this, then write here or by mail.
Any other advice is also welcome :)

PS Of course, we will also talk about some kind of gratitude on my part.

This is not the first time I meet people who need an incentive to advance. People who are looking for a mentor, and not for free. Why complicate things so much? Do you want to work in your specialty? Go get a job. Do you want to wipe your pants, watching all sorts of courses? Sit and wipe.
Now for technicians or, as it is now fashionable to say, juniors, they take anyone, from anywhere and in any way. It's always easier to grab an empty glass of a low-wage full-time job and fill it with what's needed in the job at that particular company. I don't understand the shyness before the interview. The maximum that they will do to you there will be denied.

Have you tried reading books? They say it helps. And on the topic, choose an interesting direction and google what you need to study there, see vacancies.

I'll tell you my culture story, the knowledge was probably even lower than yours, the city is small. Only one office that works with python. I'm looking for the vacancy "Looking for super ninja, guru, etc." at the bottom, in small text, a postscript that they will consider those who saw python on the wall in the entrance.
As a result, after an interview and a simple task that should cut off people who are very far from the code, they took on the position of an intern. So I join the gentlemen and recommend that you be like interviews, be prepared for the fact that at the start the salary will be less than what you have now, this fact stops many from changing their profession. Therefore, it is worth having a cash reserve or reducing expenses. Progress will not keep you waiting if you invest in it and do not freebie.

Go to an interview for the most junior position. There, the team leader will be in the role of a mentor, everything is as described.

Didn't find what you were looking for?
