How to edit the ban page in Squid?

There is a squid, the page for denying access displayed for HTTP pages - changed, everything works fine.
When a user navigates to an HTTPS prohibited site, a simple access error "ERR_TUNNEL_CONNECTION_FAILED" is displayed. How and where to customize it?
