How to edit static pages?

Good day everyone.
There are static pages that are stored in the views/pages folder. Question - is it possible to access them from the admin panel for editing?
Anyone who has done this please share your experience.

The option is simple, you need to take any editor that you like best, load the text of the file into it, edit it and save it in the same way as in a regular one. The only difference is that you need to clear the view cache after saving.
