How to edit OC Android settings before flashing it?

I can’t quite understand where the Android OS takes and stores the settings from. It is necessary that after the firmware the OS pull up the settings I need, such as:
1. Do not turn off the screen 2. Turn off the
animation
By editing the build.prop file, I enabled debugging via USB and adb via tcp, but I can’t find information on how and where to edit the rest.
