How to edit list in "preferred network mode" in android?

I would like to expand this list, otherwise the elementary "LTE only" is missing, through the engineering menu for a long time and not very convenient.

I have not seen a single chip with LTE only mode. So I think you won't do it for "hardware" reasons.
