At least in a notepad... (not good)) but it's not clear why you bought it...
Use code editors, such as Sublime Text, it has convenient functions, such as emmet, which will speed up the layout, or just code highlighting)) unlike from notepad
There are also all sorts of VS Code, Web Storm, Atom and so on ...
