How to edit DLMenu?

Haven't worked with MODX before.
The site that got into management already has a menu, but some of the links there are clogged with a "/" at the end, and some without.
I think, well, business, I’ll go and correct the links, but it turned out that everything is not so intuitive after Bitrix :)

<!--<nav class="b-nav-top">
  <div class="wr wr_nav-top">

  </div>
</nav> -->

Pulled this code from Heder. The system costs MODX EVO CMS 1.4.10
Where are the actual links and attributes themselves filled?

It is much more likely that the slash is not a result of templating, but due to URL generation settings.
I will assume that some of the resources are containers, i.e. contain other resources inside, while the other part does not.
You need to dig into the URL-related configuration section and find the URL generation patterns there.
