How to edit a non-running container in docker?

Hello everyone, I ran into a problem, the container ruled and made a mistake in the apache2 configs, this container does not start now, is there a way to get into it and correct my mistake?

and docker rmi images that are involved in the container. Most likely, there are more sophisticated options.
