How to dynamically write meta tag to drawtext(ffmpeg)?

Hello! Is it possible to dynamically get a meta tag from m3u (icecast stream) and write it to drawtext? I tried on bash and got the tag using ffprob, wrote it to ffmpeg, but the entry is added there only once (of course, ffmpeg is called once). Well, or from a text file to get it. The main thing is dynamic. Thank you!

Using the drawtext video filter:
1) textfile - take the data from the file
2) reload=1 - update the data from the file every frame
Used to redistribute the radio stream on youtube live.
