How to dynamically create new pages and routes to them?

Purely for myself, I am writing an expense accounting application. In my head - everything is simple: add a month and write down the expenses. However, I am still new to Vue and have not written much code on it, I had a question, how to add these very months, so that when I add one, for example, a prepared template opens for every month and I can make my expenses there?
