The problem is that the filtering plugin only works properly on WooCommerce pages. Shortcodes and custom WP_Query queries do not give such a result. Therefore, you need to imitate exactly the same requests as they go on the shop page or on the category page.

Какого результата? Скорее всего вам нужно фильтровать продукты WC, не на страницах WC. Это решаемо как раз с помощью WP_Query и WC_Query, но вы, видимо не совсем разобрались как ими пользоваться. Опишите проблему более подробно, желательно с примерами кода.
