How to dump base "x" in Server Management Studio and deploy it to base "y"?

What tools are there in Server Management Studio will allow me to take a copy of one database daily and deploy it to another. Is there a built-in functionality in management studio that will allow you to do this?

right-click on the database - tasks (tasks) - create a backup copy (create backup)
by doing this a couple of times with the mouse - you can look in the upper left corner of the dialog for sql script and then study it
well, or immediately look in msdn for syntax and parameters backup database | restore database
