How to dump a postgresql 10.13 database on PostgreSQL 12.5?

Hi all!
The server upgrade is a
small system on postgresql 10.13
weighs 55mb
dumped and on a new restore I do on PostgreSQL 12.5
the weight of the database shows only 12mb
not all data is copied
how to solve this problem due to version difference?

The dump of version 10 is restored without problems on the 12th. The dump must be smaller than the base - it does not contain indexes, plus the data is "more densely packed".
If pg_dump is launched without any strange options and there were no errors during processing, as in the case of a restore, we can say with high confidence that everything is in place.
