How to draw the user's attention to the button? [SOLVED]

The web service interface has a button with a non-obvious, but key functionality.

In the general case, there is no way to designate it in a unique and obvious way - for example, it can show a simple emoticon.

The question is how to draw the user's attention to this button? At least that he hovered the mouse and looked at the pop-up comment, or the like.

It's decided. Use common traditional attention-getters as you recommended. Thank you!

- Remove everything from the screen except this button
- Place a photo of a person next to the button who is looking and pointing at the button
- Make the button big and flashing
You can do everything at once.

This is, of course, my opinion, but you made a bad button. There should not be such, with non-obvious functionality. At worst, the text from the hint should be transferred to the interface itself, so that you don’t have to move the mouse and look for something there.

Fix the position of the button in the free left or right field. Thus, when scrolling, the button will remain in place and attract the user's attention, creating a static contrast in comparison with all other components of the page.
In general, it would be nice to know what the button does. Maybe then there would be more specific advice.

It is necessary that while working with the site, the button is in the focus of the user's attention. The inscription on the button should describe as clearly as possible what will happen after clicking.
It is not clear why such an important button should be hidden somewhere and incomprehensible inscriptions are applied to it. Something you are tricky :)

Should key functionality be hidden behind a button and not be immediately available? unless of course it's a "do p.zdato" button)
