How to draw a shape with an empty cavity inside the "donut" using css

Do not kick with your feet, but it didn’t google like that.

Is it possible to make using only css, let's say a rounded rectangle, and cut out a rectangle of the required size from its center. We can call the resulting result a "window" - well, so that the frame remains, and the hole in the center is present :)
