How to draw a picture with double coordinates?

There is a picture, there are coordinates by which it must be placed, but they are of type double, and Graphics accepts only integer coordinates.
How can this problem be solved? The loss of the fractional part of the coordinate is critical.

The question is not entirely clear. I am not a guru in java, but I know that java has nothing to do with it.
1. Why is the loss of the fractional part critical?
2. Can multiply by a certain coefficient and lose the fractional part?
