1. Please tell me how to convert the contour (picture 1) into lines as in picture 2.
2. How can I split the general contour into several separate contours (picture 3)?

No way. We'll have to re-draw in lines.
In the last picture - even if you make a trace, you get a single contour. You will have to break it point by point into separate

You can add contours to match the background color, take a screenshot and try it through the trace as a technical drawing.
But some parts in this case will still have to finish.
