How to draw a molecule on canvas?

I have never come across canvas before. It is necessary to draw a model of a molecule, that is, spheres and sticks between them in a certain order. This order is supposed to be specified in some coordinate form. The important thing is that the model must be voluminous so that it can be twisted.
While I was looking for solutions, I found paper.js, which seems to be helping me with this task, but there is practically no information in Russian, and it’s scary and incomprehensible to immediately plunge into an unfamiliar topic in a non-native language. Maybe someone will have useful tips and links to help in drawing =)
