How to download torrents via Python?

Once I found a library on GitHub that allows me to manipulate .torrnet files, namely download content from them (for example, movies, games, etc.). Now there is a need for such a library. Can you recommend a similar one?
Options for forwarding to other topics, and I do not consider the PyYify library.
