How to download the metapackage?

How to download a metapackage with all dependencies? I need kde-plasma-desktop , as it takes a very long time to install it over the network.
Tried through sudo apt-get install --download-onlyas well

apt download $(apt-rdepends kde-plasma-desktop | grep -v "^ ")

, but not all packages are downloaded.

So I understand that you are downloading on another PC, and then transferring the packages to where you need to install? Perhaps not all are downloaded, because some of the packages are already installed on that PC.

apt-get download $(apt-cache depends --recurse --recommends --no-suggests --no-conflicts --no-breaks --no-replaces --no-enhances kde-plasma-desktop | grep "^\w" | sort -u)

But be prepared for the fact that there are 4000 packages, of course you can replace --recommends with --no-recommends, but I do not guarantee that the plasma will remain working without the recommended packages. My attempt to tear down a buggy kdeconnectd has caused glitches in many other packages.
