How to download the FreeBSD binary package repository?

Hi all! I decided to study the FreeBSD OS, but because I don’t have a normal Internet at home, so with Linux distributions I did this: I downloaded the entire software repository with rsync and carried it all home on hard. But troubles arose with Freys: I didn’t find rsync mirrors of binary packages (downloading distfiles is not an option, because it’s very time-consuming to compile software from source codes for my machines), I found only this, an official mirror , which means we put wget into battle, download:

wget -r -np http://pkg.freebsd.org/freebsd:11:x86:64/latest/All/

but only index.html and robots.txt files are downloaded.
