How to download protected from (Save file as) PDF, which is viewed by the browser. The principle of protection is unknown (I'm not special).

What exactly is "protection"?
Direct link, the file is given even to the banal wget. My firefox itself asked whether to save the file. Maybe your browser is behaving inappropriately?
I would try to print to pdf printer. The browser often allows you to print them. But you need to look at a specific case, as a last resort, you can recognize the screenshots.
