How to download .jar from github?

There is no way to download .jar from the project https://github.com/josephcsible/LuraphDeobfuscator
Although the link to .jar in the description (readme) does not work either.
Tried to build a project through Netbeans - some errors.
So I can't use the project if the original author deleted it?
