This map is needed, as it is the best and most detailed for understanding. Moreover, you need to download the original from this site and not in Yandex pictures or somewhere else, because then it will need to be printed on a large-format printer like a wall newspaper.
I tried different programs for downloading the entire site like wget and others, but they only download part of the site and there is no map itself.

Everything is simple. If you disable js in the browser, you will see that there is no map there.
Therefore, all your "downloaders" did not work.
And here's how to download this particular map, then I have bad news for you - the whole map is built on the basis of hundreds of different image layers that are dynamically pumped up and "assembled" into a map using js. It's not one big picture file that could be downloaded.
