How to download attachments from a banned account?

There is an old account, banned in VK for adding vids from groups to your albums, in 2013.
There is correspondence, and attached files, on this account.
Can I somehow get and download the subject?
I can log in to the acc, but he is in the bath, I can only ask questions to VK support.
