How to download an unsent goal. VK message?

Hello. There is a recorded VKontakte voice recording that has not yet been sent. Due to its long duration, it cannot be sent, so I decided to send it as a file, but this requires downloading this very voice message (it hangs in the message sending frame and has not been sent yet!). I couldn't find any answers to this problem on the Internet, so I'm turning to you. There is one caveat: I'm sitting in incognito mode, so there is no way to close the browser / restart the system (windows 10) due to the fact that I'm naked. the entry hangs in the cache and will be deleted after the browser is closed.
Measures taken: digging into html&js code.
Result: I have a blob url of the recording, but I have no idea how to download the file using the blob url, and also decode the raw file into mp3 format.
