How to download an attachment with a Vkontakte community key?

The docs.getById method only works with the user's access key, how can I get information about attachments in community posts?
UPD: you should use the messages.getById method, because the proposed getHistoryAttachments only returns an up-to-date list of attachments 5 minutes after being sent in the chat.
