How to download a photo from a VK page for a certain period with a description?

There is a task in which you need to copy photos from a certain VK page for a certain period to another page.
For example:
On the page "A" the user has uploaded N photos for a week in 4-5 different albums in which there were already photos.
On page "B" you need to move new photos for this week with a description.
Is there any software, script or any other way to do this?
