How to download 3ds from remote servers?

There are 3ds files on remote servers. They change there. I can get their addresses by rest request to this server. My task: having received the address, load the 3ds file into the current scene and set certain coordinates for it.

Is there any way to load remote 3ds files into the scene? How to combine them into bundles, I most likely will not be able to. There are only individual files.
