How to do query substitution?

There is one field that searches for some information, the request goes to action="search1.php". When you click the checkbox, another field appears where we drive in more information.
For example under the table of users. In the first field, we drive in the date of registration, and in the second, the group and shows users with a specific date of registration and a specific group. Or in the case of one field, it simply shows all users with a specific registration date.
The first thing that came to mind was replacing the text in the form, namely in the action field, with search1.php, search2.php, etc.

everything is simple. the search should be performed by a single route (in your case, a file) with all possible search filters.
