How to do Q&A on MODX Evo?

We need a Question-Answer module with the following functionality:
1) Unauthorized users can ask a question that is not published immediately.
2) The administrator decides whether to show the question on the site or not, and can also answer it.
3) Each question is displayed on a separate page, which is available to all users (if published).
4) There is a page with a list of questions. Tags are preferred, but not required.

Didn't find anything worthwhile.
1) Created a Question-Answer (faq) page.
2) Added a form there using eForm.
3) A letter with a question comes to the admin mail.
4) The admin creates a page with a question as a child of the faq page.
5) Through Ditto I show the list of child pages.
